We are not just a digital, anonymous online company with an address.You can also directly get in touch with our customer service and our partner opticians to express your wishes or concerns. This means, that you always have a direct contact person to speak to, in the event of a guarantee or warranty claim. We work in accordance with the law. Please make an appointment with your partner optician in case of (for eg: broken glasses) needs to be resolved


100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Once you have received your glasses from the partner optician, our 100% satisfaction guarantee allows you to exchange your varifocal lenses twice within the first 6 months if you experience any non-tolerance, or if they are faulty or delivered with the wrong prescription / specification.


This is how is works:

In the event of defect, specsfactory will do its best to rectify the defected product. Therefore, please go to your optician and use your right to exchange your lenses. They will then check the lenses, adjust and replace them if necessary.



You don't need to worry about all kinds of damages, which take place within first 24 months due to quality errors or faulty fabrication, commencing from the date of delivery. Our 2 year warranty period from the date of purchase ensures that specsfactory will repair any damages or if necessary replace the glasses.
